Finally we are nearing the starting line!!  The plans have gone through nearly all the council departments, and so approval is imminent!  The Building Contractor has been appointed and the contracts, Health and Safety documents and other legalities are all in the process of being finalised.

Safety concerns voiced by some parents will be addressed in line with the Health and Safety regulations.  This is particularly with regard to fencing, delivery vehicles, and ensuring the overall safety of students using Shanahan during this time.

There will be some inconveniences that we will have to work around, but the final product will be so worth it!

Once again our thanks, on behalf of the School and parents, to our passionate, enthusiastic and hard-working Parents’ Association and Debutantes, who are so avidly fund-raising for this major project.  And to all those parents who continue to support us in constantly improving facilities for their daughters, our on-going thanks.
