Mama She's Waste Recycling

Important Announcement: Blue Bag Programme

Mama She's Waste Recyclers (Mama She's) has been running a free residential recycling collection service for the past few years. Your support for the programme is most appreciated.  Unfortunately, due to economic circumstances, the programme is no longer sustainable.

In an effort to continue residential collections, Waste Recyclers are implementing a "pay service" system as of February 2010. If you are interested in continuing with the programme please email mike@wasterecyclers.co.za. He will give you all the information you require.

Mama She's participated in a discussion on Radio 702 on the 18th of January 2010.  They were joined by the owner of a recycling company in Cape Town. The difference between the CoJ and the Cape municipality?  In Cape Town the recycling projects are sponsored by the municipality.
